“Thank you for continuing to hold. We apologize for the wait. However, we are experiecing very high call volume. We appreciate your patience.”

Ad nauseum. Every 30 seconds. Intermittent with really annoying holding music.

I’ve been on hold for nearly 15 minutes and I bet they’re doing it on purpose.

20 minutes later, I finally got through, the person had literally zero idea what to do, asked a coworker, and then essentially told me that if I didn’t pay the $500 tuition deposit first by Friday, then I’d have to go fuck myself.

There goes all my energy for the day. Guess I’m gonna have to drop out. I feel like laying in bed and just staring at a wall.

yo! someone came through with a hundred. if i can get another $400 by thursday (so i can withdraw from paypal and pay it on friday), i can pay the tuition deposit and then set up a payment arrangement plan for the remaining $900 of tuition.

what i need right now immediately is either 8 $50 commissions or 4 $100 commissions. or 5.5 $75 commissions.

i really don’t wanna drop out when i’m already 93% of the way done with this course. the money is important ASAP, and then i can get you your commissions since there isn’t really a deadline on those. please consider donating/commissioning me. paypal is sa.bouraleh@gmail.com. thank you!!

$350 left!!

I recently found my “gold” hammer after misplacing it. It’s my favorite tool ever because it looks like a regular hammer trying to be fancy,

but then you twist both halves and unscrew it to find a flat-head screwdriver in the middle.

BUT, if you twist the very end and unscrew that

you find a phillips screwdriver.

BUT DON’T THINK THAT’S ALL THERE IS! THERE’S MORE!! unscrew the very end again to find a smaller flat-head screwdriver!

BUT THAT’S STILL NOT THE END!!

unscrew the end of this screwdriver to find a final, teeny tiny, flat-head screwdriver

look at how cute it is!

it’s like a matryoshka doll of tools.

I have one of these and I keep it in my IT toolkit because that teeny little screwdriver is the right side for laptop casings, but because it lives inside a large object it’s harder to misplace than a standard tiny screwdriver. Also because the look on a client’s face when you bring out a brass hammer to fix their laptop is absolutely wild.
