In part as an excuse for a party, a friend of mine held a convention specifically focused around her rabbit Tully.
There was, of course, an Artist’s Alley. (I cross-stitched the con logo.)
There was Tully cosplay.
The host held a “History of Tully” panel, where we learned that Tully was found under a car and taken to a rabbit shelter, where he spent the longest time not being adopted of any rabbit there. (Apparently when the owner saw him on the website and went ‘yes. that one. with the huge-ass eyes.’ the staff actively laughed at her on the phone, because no one wanted the rabbit who hated kids, noise, and socializing. When she finally showed up to get him the staff ran through the halls shouting “SOMEONE’S ADOPTING TULLY”)
We had a photo meet and greet with the bun himself.
And at the end there was a celebrity appearance and award-presenting, followed by a raffle for the privilege of feeding him fruit..

like honestly though you know these plain ass bitches were going into those theatres hoping to have some film about how eddie brock overcame the scary slime monster to take down the evil scary bad business man and then he and miss blondie would ride into the sunset on the back of his motorbike and i just have to ask like… did they all seriously watch eddie “big bitch energy” brock and venom “big slut energy” symbiote in the trailer releases and think “oh yes, this is going to be an intellectual piece of film”? No! this film is for horny people and people with taste so bad it’s good. no i won’t elaborate.
While we’re on the topic of Halloween for the entire month, I want to know why vampire or werewolf stories constantly pit werewolves and vampires against each other? If I’m remembering it right in novel Dracula it’s shown or at least heavily implied Dracula can turn into a dog/wolf so the rivalry doesn’t make any sense. If anything vampires (or at least Dracula) should see a werewolf and say “oh sick me too”
